At Phoenix Android Radios, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new apparel or accessories don't fit your style, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
